| 概要 | This is a seminar for post-graduate students on how to write an academic paper in English and how to present it. We will look at all aspects, from conception and ideas to research work in the library and among databases, onto formulation of ideas and getting those ideas down on paper. Writing, in any form, is best achieved through trial and experience, so we will try to get in as much writing, with essential feedback, as possible. We will also do extensive presentation skills practice. The first term will focus more on writing, and the second more on presentations. |
