| 概要 | A photometric pH assay for sugar-fermenting bacterial culture on a 96-well plate was developed. This assay can save time and effort in repeat handlings. Its use could decrease the risk of bacterial contamination in measurement devices and leakage into the environment. The assay's pH estimation range was pH 4.2-7.6. |
